Terms of service

What you are authorizing the agents to do, what your budget covers, and how either side walks away.

Last updated 25 August 2026

The agreement

These terms cover your use of rovensystems.com and app.rovensystems.com, including RankRight, Marketing Copilot, MultiMessage.me and Innersite Insights. Creating an account means you accept them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are allowed to bind it.

What the agents may do

Once you authorize an account, our agents act inside it on your behalf: publishing and revising site content, creating and adjusting campaigns, replying to inbound messages within the rules you set, and spending the media portion of your budget. Every action is logged and shown in your dashboard. Site changes are backed up before they land and can be rolled back.

Agents will not exceed the monthly budget you set, will not move money outside your connected accounts, and will not sign anything on your behalf.

Your budget

You set one monthly figure. It is split between media spend, agent work and our margin, and the split is shown to you before the cycle begins. Budgets are billed monthly in advance. Changing the number takes effect from the next cycle. If a payment fails, agents hold rather than continue spending.

Your responsibilities

  • Keep your account credentials secure and your billing details current.
  • Have the right to the content, brand and domain you ask us to operate.
  • Follow the rules of the platforms you connect — Google and Meta policies apply to your account whoever operates it.
  • Do not use the service for anything unlawful, deceptive or prohibited by those platforms.

Ownership

Your business data, your domain, your advertising accounts and the content produced for your site are yours. The Roven platform, its software and its agent systems remain ours. You keep access to your accounts throughout; we operate them, we do not hold them.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running continuously, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance is announced in the dashboard where practical. If a connected platform is unavailable, agents wait and report rather than guess.

Ending it

You can cancel from your dashboard at any time. Service continues to the end of the paid cycle, then agents stand down. We may suspend or end an account for non-payment, platform policy violations, or unlawful use, and we will tell you why. On termination you keep your site, your domain and your connected accounts; export your reporting before the account closes.

Liability

Marketing results are not guaranteed. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.

Changes

If we change these terms we will post the new version here and email account holders before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the change.
